Preschool Storytime – On hold

Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Story Time Room. Masks are recommended. View our Calendar for upcoming storytimes.

This is a storytime specially designed for preschoolers ages 3 and up. We share stories, songs, fingerplays, and short videos. Sometimes we make a craft!

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten – Ongoing

The Sheboygan Falls Memorial Library has partnered with the Sheboygan Falls School District to offer our 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. When you sign up for the program, your child will receive a tote bag and free book!

Keep track of the books you read with our reading logs, coloring in one shape for each book read. If you read a book more than once, you may count it again. Completed reading logs can be turned in at the library front desk for rewards.

Upon completion of the program, your child’s picture will be featured in the Sheboygan Falls News and on our 1,000 Books Wall of Fame. Pick up your registration form and a free tote at our front desk during open hours!

Summer Reading Program – Starting May 8

The program runs for 6 weeks every summer, during which participants will track their reading and earn rewards for completing challenges. The 2022 theme is “Oceans of Possibilities”. We offer two options – a bingo sheet available at the library, or a virtual program through Beanstack. Sign-up can be done at the library or online here.

This project was brought to you by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services grant LS-00-19-0050-19
