1,000 Books Before Kindergarten – Ongoing
The Sheboygan Falls Memorial Library has partnered with the Sheboygan Falls School District to offer our 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. When you sign up for the program, your child will receive a tote bag and free book!
Keep track of the books you read with our reading logs, coloring in one shape for each book read. If you read a book more than once, you may count it again. Completed reading logs can be turned in at the library front desk for rewards.
Upon completion of the program, your child’s picture will be featured in the Sheboygan Falls News and on our 1,000 Books Wall of Fame. Pick up your registration form and a free tote at our front desk during open hours!
The Summer Reading Program runs for 6 weeks every summer and is open to kids, teens, and adults. Participants track their reading and earn special rewards for completing challenges.
Drawings are held in August for grand prizes. We help your kids keep up their reading skills so they’re ready to make the return to school in Fall!
